GC Trade 68 ("we", "us", "our") operates gctrade68.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. An order is confirmed when payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at our discretion.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely via PayPal. We do not store card details. For credit account customers, payment terms are as agreed in your credit agreement.

6. Customised items

Embroidered and printed items are produced to order. Final pricing is confirmed after artwork approval. Customised items cannot be returned unless faulty. The £10 digitisation fee is non-refundable once artwork has been processed.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
