What can be returned?

• Unworn, unwashed items in original packaging
• Items returned within 28 days of delivery
• Standard (non-customised) products only

What cannot be returned?

• Embroidered or printed/customised items (unless faulty)
• Items returned after 28 days
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
• PPE items that have been opened (for hygiene reasons)

How to return an item

1. Email sales@gctrade68.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will send you a returns label within 1 working day
3. Pack items securely and attach the label
4. Drop off at any Post Office or collection point
5. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your return

Faulty items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
