There is no minimum order quantity on any of our products. You can order a single item or thousands — we treat every order the same.

Standard orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days. Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days via our courier partners. Embroidered or printed orders require an additional 7–10 working days after artwork approval.

Yes — free delivery on all orders over £75 ex. VAT. Orders below £75 ex. VAT carry a £5.99 delivery charge.

Yes. Business customers can apply for a credit account with 30-day payment terms. Fill in the credit application form and our team will be in touch within 2 working days.

Yes — many of our products support embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer and DTG printing. Add your logo at the product page. A one-off digitisation fee of £10 applies per logo design. Our team will contact you to confirm artwork and final pricing before production.

We offer 28-day free returns on all standard (unembellished) items. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. Customised or embroidered items cannot be returned unless faulty. See our returns page for full details.

All prices shown on the site are exclusive of VAT. VAT at 20% is added at checkout. Your invoice will show the full VAT breakdown.
